Judge Casalbore is deciding, today, about the claims raised by the defendant's lawyers for a nullification of the crime and about the eventual lack of jurisdiction of the Tribunal of Turin. FIELD REPORT - day #6. Moving the trial to Genova?

The defendant's lawyers address their last call for a nullification of the charge and they raise a question about the territorial legitimacy of the Court of Torino. The Public Prosecutor reacts quickly and clearly.

Today the last session on preliminary matters is going on stage, with its tricky attempts by the defendant's lawyers to call the criminal trial into question.
