On December 10th, in occasion of the first public hearing of the lawsuit against Eternit, we'll ask the people of Casale Monferrato and Cavagnolo to expose the italian national flag with the word JUSTICE! on it. This is a civil right fight belonging to everybody and its message should be spreaded around the whole country.

In the big courtroom where, on December 10th, the asbestos impossible lawsuit against the Eternit top management will begin, there will also be the lawyers of a big Belgian firm and five Swiss societies. The Court has decided in favour of their summons for "tort liability".

The Eternit trial opening is getting close (December 10th, 2009) and the court of Turin has designate Giuseppe Casalbore to preside over the court where Stephan Schmidheiny and Jean-Louis de Cartier of Belgium, the key shareholders in Eternit during the '70s, will stand trial for alleged negligence and permanent intentional disaster leading to thousands of deaths in Italy.

Finally today, July 22th 2009, the good news, the only possible solution after many years of struggle for justice. The two Eternit former managers Schmidheiny and De Cartier De Marchienne had been officialy charged for intentional disaster. Judge Cristina Palmesino has rejected all the defendant' objections, fixing up the first day of the public hearing on Thursday December 10th, 2009.

The defendant's lawyers, Cesare Zaccone, Guido Carlo Alleva and Astolfo Di Amato, have one more chance to rebut to the indictment motivations pointed out during the last preliminary hearing by the prosecutor.
