Shame: Town Council of Casale Monferrato accepted Schmidheiny' agreement

On Saturday the 17th of December at 3.27 am after a six hour heated discussion - with four interruptions provoked by the hundreds of angry citizens outside the room - the Town Council of the majority of Casale Monferrato's City Council voted 

in favour of the agreement suggested by the defendant Schmidheiny, in exchange for the its withdrawing from present and future legal proceedings against him. 

The aim of the defendant is to be granted extenuating circumstances and to continue to sell him image as a great philanthropist the world throughout. The attached photos will give an idea of the protest, the bitterness and the will to continue our fight for justice for the victims and their families.

The community is outstanding in its increasing participation against the mayor and the council: FIRST JUSTICE, and THEN the settlements, Schmidheiny should not set conditions. Demonstrations are continuing in schools, in the city, in fromnt of the Town Hall, during sports events with a stand by the community and associations.

MAYOR DEMEZZI HASN'T STILL SIGNED THE COMPENSATION AGREEMENT, A LITTLE HOPE IS STILL EXISTING: PLEASE SEND HIM THE LETTER ATTACHED TO FORCE HIM TO REJECT THE OFFER.

Il consiglio comunale di Casale Monferrato ha votato a maggioranza Sabato 17 dicembre u.s. alle ore 03,27 dopo 6 ore di dibattito molto acceso (che ha portato a 4 interruzioni) la decisione di aderire al patto proposto dall'imputato Schmidheiny. 18 milioni di € in cambio del ritiro della città di Casale dal processo di Torino e dai prossimi procedimenti giudiziari.

Ovviamente l'imputato ha lo scopo di ottenere attenuanti e sconti di pena e di continuare a vendere nel mondo la sua immagine di grande benefattore.
Le allegate fotografie contribuiscono a dare un'idea della dimensione della protesta, della profonda amarezza e voglia di continuare a lottare per la giustizia per i familiari, le vittime e gli ammalati.

La città stà partecipando in modo eccezionale e sempre più esteso alla protesta nei confronti del sindaco e della sua amministrazione: PRIMA la giustizia e POI i risarcimenti, Schmidheiny non può dettare le condizioni.
Proseguono le manifestazioni nelle scuole, nella città, davanti al municipio, durante gli avvenimenti sportivi, con prese di posizione da parte di innumerevolo cittadini ed associazioni.
