Event Description
The appeal of the Eternit trial starts today.
It was February 13th, 2012 when the the first degree ended and judge Casalbore sentenced the two defendants to 16 years of jail and about 100 million euro of compensations (read the report).
The appeal court already scheduled the program (more than 2 hearings for week), striving to complete the appeal before june 2013.
